On 1^st March 2016, at Vungtau airport, Southern Vietnam Helicopter Company (VNH South) signed two Mi-172 helicopters wet lease contract with Komala - Indonesia for passenger, cargo transport and fire fighting in Indonesia.
AW-189 OFFICIALLY ENTERING COMMERCIAL OPERATION

On 22^nd February, 2016, VNH South’s first AW-189 helicopter (registration number VN-8640) was officially put into commercial operation for Cuu Long JOC, replacing the helicopter Super Puma AS322 L2 VN-8608, which used to fly for Cuu Long JOC from 2007 to January, 2016.

On the 19^th and 20^th of May 2015, Southern Vietnam Helicopter Company (VNH South), co-operating with Vertech Offshore (Norway) and PTSC POS had successfully performed the flare-tip replacement flight for Cuu Long JOC on Central Processing Platform (CPP) in Su Tu Vang field by using Super Puma L2 helicopter.

On June 26^th, ABE – BCI Aerospace organized its first ever Aerospace Meeting in Hanoi. The event is officially supported by Vietnam’s Ministry of Transport, Vietnam Civil Aviation Authority, Vietnam Airlines, Airport Corporation of Vietnam and Vietnam Air Traffic Management Corporation.
