Under the Framework Cooperation Agreement between Southern Service Flight Company and Helistar (Cambodia), from August 18 to September 16, 2009, Southern Service Flight Company conducted training for 04 employees of Helistar in flying management and operation, planning and setting procedure for technical maintenance. The training on quality assurance management, procurement and control of the provisioning spare parts would be conducted in the coming time.

Vietnam had placed two orders of EC-155B1 Dauphin helicopter manufactured by Eurocopter. On 18^th of June, VNH North received its first aircraft in Le Bourget and sent it to Vietnam. Within a short time of receipt, re-assembly, completion of all procedures and training at Da Nang Airport, VNH North hold an opening ceremony for the EC-155B1 in support of oil and gas operations under a contract with VIETGAZPROM for exploration off the Central Coast until October 2009.

On June 1^st. 2009, Southern Flight Service Company has signed a contract with MHS (Malaysia) and AEROTECHNICA to lease 01 Super Puma AS 332L2 along with pilots and mechanics for oil & gas support in Malaysia and Timor Leste in 6 months.
