VNH currently has more than 120 pilots certified by CAAV, who have been professionally trained, especially in IFR and flight simulators in Russia, France, Norway, UK, and USA. Many of them have more than 5,000 flying hours and much experiences in challenging tasks such as offshore flights for oil & gas exploration and production, serving MIA program, MEDIEVAC, cargo sling in the mountainous areas, complicated terrains and adverse weather conditions...
