This program involves searching for deceased US servicemen who were reported missing in action in Vietnam. This joint project between the Vietnam Government and the US Government (briefly called MIA program) began on April 18^th 1990.

A flight for MIA program

So far, VNH has performed thousands of flights serving over 120 campaigns mostly in remote forestry and mountainous terrains throughout the entire country.

For many years, the US Government highly appreciates the tight cooperation, dedication, efficiency and competence of VNH towards their searching missions. VNH’s efforts in this programme have notably contributed to promote the diplomatic and commercial relations between Vietnam and the USA.
