In the past decade, Vietnam Helicopters has been focusing on expanding market and diversifying its services. Not only did it dominate the national market, the corporation also exported services overseas. Vietnam Helicopters has reached out to Norway, Laos, Cambodia, India, Malaysia, Timor Leste. In addition to the services in the oil and gas industry, Vietnam Helicopters also provides services in tourism, in the MIA program (searching for missing-in-action US servicemen), search and rescue, medevac,… Besides the flight activities, the corporation also focuses on developing, mastering aerospace engineering and training aviation man-power. As of now,Helitechco – a subsidiary of Vietnam Helicopters, is the only company in Asia certified by the Russian MIL Helicopters to provide overhaul on Mi helicopters family.

In this occasion, Captain Ha Tien Dung – Chairman and CEO, highlighted the corporation’s achievements in the past 25 years and set up goals and missions for the future: “Focus on improving quality of training, human resources development, especially the pilot training; actively expand market and attract new customers; enhance marketing and promotion activities, diversify helicopter services”.
